This privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data of visitors of (mobile) websites and recipients of online mailings from HIVE.MOBILITY. HIVE.MOBILITY considers the protection of your privacy important and will handle the personal data you provide with care. This privacy statement does not apply to (mobile) internet sites of third parties that may be visited via a (mobile) internet site of HIVE.MOBILITY via hyperlinks.

Legal ground and purpose of data processing

When you visit the site, participate in (online) research or e-mail traffic, you leave information about yourself. This data will only be used to process your request or response. Unless it is necessary to communicate with you, such data will not be collected or used in a traceable manner.

Information about visits to the HIVE.MOBILITY website is only used with or to improve our services to you, including contacting you in response to the interests you have shown with your surfing behaviour, in support of technical decisions and statistical processing.

In addition, HIVE.MOBILITY processes data when it is legally obliged to do so.

Which personal data?

When using a (mobile) website of HIVE.MOBILITY and/or receiving an online mailing from HIVE.MOBILITY, HIVE.MOBILITY processes the following personal data, if and insofar as applicable:

• Company Name
• First and last name of the contact person
• Address data
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• Information about your activities on the relevant website
• Data about your surfing behaviour
• IP address of your internet browser and device type

By providing your telephone number, you authorize HIVE.MOBILITY to contact you by telephone regarding the interests that have emerged from your surfing behaviour.

Cookies

A cookie is an amount of data that a server sends to the browser with the intention that it is stored and sent back to the server on a subsequent visit. In this way, the server can recognize the browser again and keep track of what the user, or the web browser, has done in the past. Cookies can be placed on your system during a visit to this site.

The HIVE.MOBILITY website uses the necessary cookies. Furthermore, Google Analytics is used, which uses cookies to track surfing and search behaviour on our website. In line with the manual of the Dutch Data Protection Authority, HIVE.MOBILITY has taken measures regarding the privacy-friendly setting of Google Analytics. The decision was made to mask the last octet of the IP address and “share data” is turned off. You can find more information about these cookies on the website of Google.

If you do not want cookies to be placed on your system, you must set “disable cookies” in your browser. If you accept the cookies, they can remain on your computer for five years, unless you delete the cookies in the meantime. Disabling cookies only affects the computer and browser on which you perform this action. If you are using multiple computers and/or browsers, you must repeat this operation as often as necessary. What are your rights?

You have the right to see all the personal data that HIVE.MOBILITY has collected about you and you can request this from HIVE.MOBILITY. You also have the right to request HIVE.MOBILITY to correct the data collected about you if it appears that the data available to HIVE.MOBILITY is incorrect and/or incomplete. In addition, you have the right to no longer be contacted by HIVE.MOBILITY with information about HIVE.MOBILITY. Complaint?

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data by HIVE.MOBILITY, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Retention period

HIVE.MOBILITY will not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which HIVE.MOBILITY collects your personal data. Your personal data will be stored for no longer than two years, unless HIVE.MOBILITY is held or entitled under laws and regulations to store the personal data for longer.

Providing personal data to third parties

HIVE.MOBILITY will only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for one of the above-mentioned processing purposes or to comply with a legal obligation. Data can be shared with contractors engaged by HIVE.MOBILITY, such as ICT service providers. HIVE.MOBILITY has concluded processing agreements with parties that process personal data on behalf of HIVE.MOBILITY and HIVE.MOBILITY has agreed a minimum equal level of security and confidentiality of personal data with those processors as HIVE.MOBILITY itself uses.

Security
